The 100% Hoops Basketball Training Program is for players (male/female) looking for development of fundamental basketball skill and agility. The Program provides a basis for athletes to increase skills, raise their level of play and enhance their performance. The Program presents a unique opportunity to synchronize development of athletic ability, mental stability and work ethic necessary to improve the quality of the player. Sessions consist of detailed instruction, motivation, constructive criticism, discipline, positive reinforcement and teaching for understanding. Results are guaranteed given the player is hungry enough to accept the challenge presented by the Program and humble enough to strive to get better. The Program runs year round and is comprised of (3) phases. Summer Basics Training (Phase I) is June through August. Fall Pre-Season Conditioning (Phase II) is September through Mid-October.
