Very tight contest that Jennings County pulls out with two huge runs. Scottsburg led for the first quarter and a half, ahead 21-15. Jennings County unleashed a 17-0 spearheaded by freshman Shay Richardson and settled into a 36-31 halftime advantage. Margin stayed at 4-6 points throughout the third, with the Warriorettes finally fighting ahead 66-65 with three minutes left. Jennings County finally settled back down and closed with a 10-0 run for the road win. The two big girls battled to a standoff: Tiffany Elmore had 27 points (8-14 FG, 11-12 FT), 12 rebounds (7 offensive), and 3 blocks, while Andrea Rademacher countered with 24 points (11-20 shooting), 9 rebounds, and 3 assists. Richardson was spectacular in the opening half and finished with 15 points (8-8 FT), 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.
