Monster game out of Columbus East sophomore Allyson Bunch tonight in a first round win over Bloomington North. 45 points tonight breaks the previous school record of 42, set in the 1980 state championship game by Maria Stack. Fell just short of the record of 35 attempts by Stack in that game...16-33 tonight, 3-10 from three, 10-11 from the line, in addition to 12 rebounds (7 offensive). 8th highest scoring game in state tournament history and the top total since South Central's Rachel Dixon hung 54 on Northeast Dubois back in the 2003 regionals.
